What is the main difference between Complete and Signature?
Complete is professional cleaning and protection for a vehicle in normal condition. Signature adds the deep-cleaning processes, extraction or exterior decontamination needed for neglected, stained or rough-feeling vehicles.
Why are the prices listed as “starting at”?
Vehicle size and condition directly change the labor required. The displayed price assumes the selected size and a vehicle within that package’s normal condition limits.
Which full detail should I choose for my first appointment?
Choose Complete if the vehicle is regularly cleaned and has no major staining, pet hair or paint contamination. Choose Signature when the vehicle needs extraction, significant stain treatment or exterior decontamination. If unsure, submit photos and we’ll recommend the right level.
Can I book Complete for a severely neglected vehicle?
You may request it, but we will not rush a restoration-level vehicle through an Complete appointment. We’ll explain the required package or condition pricing before confirming the job.
Do larger-vehicle prices update automatically?
Yes. Select Sedan/Small, Midsize SUV or Large/3-Row above the package cards to view the correct starting price.
Are stains, odors and pet hair guaranteed to come out?
No. Safe detailing can greatly improve many problems, but permanent dye transfer, material damage and deeply absorbed contamination may remain. We set expectations after reviewing the condition.
