Cleaning Is Not Paint Correction
Exterior detailing improves cleanliness, smoothness, gloss, and protection. It does not remove scratches, swirl marks, rock chips, clear-coat failure, oxidation damage, or other permanent defects. We will explain what is realistically achievable before beginning.

What is the difference between Complete and Signature Exterior?
Complete is a professional exterior cleaning with basic protection for vehicles in normal condition. Signature adds chemical and mechanical paint decontamination, more detailed cleaning, and a longer-lasting ceramic spray sealant.
How do I know whether my vehicle needs clay treatment?
After washing, lightly feel the paint through a thin plastic bag. If it feels rough or gritty, bonded contamination may be present and Signature Exterior is usually the better choice.
Will exterior detailing remove scratches or swirl marks?
No. Removing or reducing those defects requires machine polishing or paint correction, which is not included in either exterior package.
Can you remove water spots, tree sap, or tar?
Light contamination may be treatable during Signature service. Heavy, hardened, or widespread contamination requires inspection and may need additional labor or a specialized service.
What happens if rain is expected?
We will review the forecast and available covered work area. If conditions prevent safe, high-quality work, we will contact you to adjust the appointment.
Why can the final price be higher than the starting price?
Starting prices cover the stated vehicle category in the condition appropriate for the selected package. Heavy contamination or unusual conditions require more time, chemicals, and labor. Any adjustment is confirmed before work begins.
